This was a most amazing evening full of love, inspiration and emotion. The Pan Am Museum commemorated the 50th anniversary of the end of the Viet Nam War, when Operation Babylift helped to save so many. Pan Am was a force in Operation Babylift, bringing thousands of Amerasian babies and children to America to help them begin a new life. The event brought together the children (now in their fifties) and the brave and selfless flight attendants (now in their late 70's and 80's ) who volunteered to be part of this mission. It was indescribable hearing stories of survival and how the human spirit overcomes adversity. Please take a look at the documentary on the home page. Get your hankies out!
